Angela Ellison

Care Navigator

Angela Ellison brings a diverse background in education, care coordination, leadership, and holistic wellness to her role as care navigator at Impact Primary Care Network (IPCN). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Alderson Broaddus College and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through advocacy, education, and patient-centered care.

Prior to her work with IPCN, Angela spent nine years teaching at an alternative school serving pregnant teens and young mothers, where she developed a curriculum focused on child development, lactation education, and life skills. She later served in a lead mentor role at the Coordinating Center, overseeing staff training and onboarding while strengthening her skills in leadership and program development.

Most recently, Angela earned her Holistic Health Coaching Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, further expanding her passion for whole-person wellness. When she isn’t working, Angela loves to spend her time outdoors, enjoying the adventure of backpacking, rock climbing, paddleboarding, and more with her husband and daughter.
