Elizabeth Camp

Care Manager

In her role as RN care manager, Elizabeth works with clients to create care plans, identify available resources, and provide education to guide them through healthcare needs. She is excited to join a team of RN care managers who are all helping clients successfully utilize available healthcare and community resources.

Elizabeth has extensive experience working with patients. Recently, she worked at Haywood Regional Medical Center, where she assisted patients by identifying post-acute medical needs and making referrals to outside agencies and providers to optimize healthy outcomes and minimize risk for hospital readmission. Elizabeth has also served as the clinical director for the Outpatient Hyperbaric and Wound Health Centers at Haywood Regional Medical Center and Harris Regional Hospital. In this role, she oversaw the daily clinical and operational activities in the centers and supervised a staff of registered nurses and hyperbaric oxygen technicians.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, an associate degree in applied science nursing from the Region A Nursing Consortium and has obtained RN licensure.

Outside of work, Elizabeth loves gardening and cooking. She is a Haywood County native, where she lives with her rowdy rescue dog, Rusty.
