General Counsel, Impact Primary Care Network
As general counsel, Jean provides strategic legal oversight and manages legal affairs for all of the Impact Health business lines, including Impact Primary Care Network (IPCN) and Impact Excellence. She also acts as advisor to the CEO, senior leadership, and the board of directors, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Jean plays a critical role in safeguarding IPCN’s legal and operational integrity while supporting our mission and strategic goals.
Prior to joining Impact Health, Jean served in a variety of general counsel positions, including Augusta Health and Mission Health Partners. She also worked on tax and regulatory matters at Coopers and Lybrand, the Internal Revenue Service, and for two private law firms.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing pickleball and reading. She is from a long line of western North Carolinians – her family has been in WNC for 250 years. Jean holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. and LLM from George Washington University.
