Director of Clinical Data Analytics and Quality Practice Transformation, Impact Primary Care Network
As the director of clinical data analytics and quality practice transformation at Impact Primary Care Network (IPCN), Roman oversees the management, analysis, aggregation, and reconciliation of data from all IPCN programs. He also collaborates with IPCN providers to identify and address care gaps through data analysis.
Before joining IPCN, Roman worked as a clinical and data management pharmacist with Mission Health Partners (MHP). His initial role focused on helping providers implement workflows to improve population health, such as ensuring patients received necessary cancer screenings and managing prescription compliance. His responsibilities later expanded to include implementing and enhancing MHP’s quality incentive programs and ensuring data integrity for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
Roman earned both his bachelor’s degree in chemistry and Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, he completed his pharmacy residency at Mission Health.
In his personal life, Roman and his wife love to explore new cultures and frequently travel to different countries. When not traveling, they enjoy outdoor activities with their two dogs, Zelda and Marvin. Roman is also fluent in Russian and has a basic understanding of Spanish.
